Settings Overview
Access Settings by clicking the gear icon in the sidebar. Here you can configure all aspects of your Hustle account:
Company Details
Business name, company number, VAT number, and registered address.
Logo Pro+
Upload your company logo for invoices and documents.
Theming Pro+
Customise brand colours to match your identity.
Bank Details
Account name, sort code, and account number for payments.
Integrations
Connect with other tools and services.
Invoice Settings
Payment terms, numbering format, and footer notes.
Company Details
Your company details appear on every invoice you create. Make sure all information is accurate and up to date:
- Company Name - Your registered business name as it should appear on invoices
- Company Number - Your Companies House registration number (if you're a limited company)
- VAT Number - Your VAT registration number (if VAT registered)
- Phone - Your business contact number
- Email - Your business email address
- Address - Your registered business address including post code
Click Save Changes after making any updates.
Logo Pro & Business
Add your company logo to give invoices a professional, branded appearance:
- Navigate to Logo settings Go to Settings and click "Logo" in the sidebar menu.
- Upload your logo Click the upload area or drag and drop your logo file.
- Review the preview Check how your logo will appear on invoices.
- Save Click "Save" to apply your logo to all future invoices.
Logo Guidelines
- Formats - PNG, JPG, or SVG
- Recommended size - 400x100 pixels or similar aspect ratio
- Background - Transparent backgrounds work best
- File size - Keep under 2MB for best performance
Theming Pro & Business
Customise your brand colours to match your company identity. The accent colour is used throughout Hustle and on your invoices for:
- Buttons and links
- Invoice header accents
- Status indicators
Choose a colour that complements your logo and represents your brand.
Bank Details
Your bank details are automatically included on invoices so clients know where to send payment:
- Account Name - The name on your business bank account
- Bank Name - e.g., Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest
- Account Number - Your 8-digit account number
- Sort Code - Your 6-digit sort code in XX-XX-XX format
Security
Your bank details are stored securely and encrypted. They only appear on invoices you create and are never shared with third parties.
Invoice Settings
Configure defaults for all new invoices you create:
Invoice Numbering
- Prefix - Text that appears before the number (e.g., "INV-" creates INV-001, INV-002)
- Starting number - The number to start counting from
Payment Terms
- Default payment period - Number of days until payment is due (e.g., 14, 30 days)
- Payment terms text - Standard terms that appear on invoices (e.g., "Payment due within 14 days")
Footer Notes
Add any standard text you want to appear at the bottom of all invoices, such as:
- Late payment fees policy
- Thank you message
- Additional contact information
Integrations
Connect Hustle with other tools you use to streamline your workflow. Available integrations include:
- Accounting software connections
- Payment gateway integrations
- Calendar and scheduling tools
Check the Integrations page in Settings for the latest available connections and setup instructions.
Settings on Mobile
Access all your settings from the Settings tab in the bottom navigation. The mobile settings are organised into clear groups:
Business Settings
- Business Details - Company name, address, and logo
- Bank Details - Payment information displayed on invoices
- Tax Settings - VAT registration and tax rates
Account Settings
- Profile - Your name, email, and password
- Notifications - Email alerts and payment reminders
Support
- Help Centre - Access guides and documentation
- Contact Support - Get in touch with our team
Tap any setting to open its detail screen where you can view and edit your information. Changes are saved automatically when you navigate back.
